What We Collect

When you use The Crusible, the following data is stored on your account:

  • Questions — the question or decision you submit to the system.
  • Supporting context — any text, documents, or URLs you provide alongside your question.
  • Revelations — the output produced by the system in response to your question.
  • Session metadata — timestamps, session duration, and usage counts (no content).
  • Account information — your email address and subscription tier.

Who Can See Your Data

You. Your questions, context, and revelations are private to your account by default. No other user can access your data.

The Crusible administrator. The account administrator has access to all session data for the purposes of safety review, quality assurance, and platform integrity. This is disclosed here and exercised only as needed. We do not use your inputs for marketing, public disclosure, or any purpose beyond operating and improving the service.

No one else. Your questions and supporting context are never shared with third parties, sold, or used to train external AI models.

How It Is Stored

All data is stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase (PostgreSQL). Access controls ensure that your data can only be retrieved by your own authenticated session or by the platform administrator via a privileged server-side key that never reaches your browser.

The AI processing engines that analyse your question are hosted by Anthropic. Your question and context are transmitted to Anthropic's API over an encrypted connection solely for the purpose of producing your Revelation. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their API usage policies.

Error monitoring is handled by Sentry. Sentry receives only technical identifiers (session IDs, user IDs) and error descriptions — your question text and supporting context are never included in error reports.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@thecrusible.systems.

You may delete individual revelations from your history at any time from within the application.
