The Crusible platform, including all software, AI-generated outputs, and associated services, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Shizendo (Pty) Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.

No warranty is made that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

All Revelations and outputs produced by The Crusible are generated by artificial intelligence. They are provided for informational and analytical purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, psychological, strategic, or investment advice.

You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of any AI-generated output without first obtaining independent professional advice appropriate to your specific circumstances.

Shizendo (Pty) Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any advice, recommendation, decision, outcome, loss, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from your use of or reliance on any output generated by the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shizendo (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

The Crusible is a B2B SaaS platform. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of Shizendo (Pty) Ltd to you shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Shizendo in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable South African law.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, broadcast, or otherwise share — in whole or in part — any outputs, content, or functionality of The Crusible platform without the prior written consent of Shizendo (Pty) Ltd.

Access to the platform is granted for your own internal use only. You may not share your login credentials, provide access to unauthorised users, or use the platform to build competing products or services.

By using The Crusible you acknowledge and agree that Shizendo (Pty) Ltd will process personal information submitted through the platform in accordance with:

• The Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) — Republic of South Africa
• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — where applicable to users in the European Economic Area
• Other applicable international data protection frameworks

You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your questions, supporting context, and session data as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that content submitted to the platform is transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure (Anthropic) for processing, subject to Anthropic's own data handling policies.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@thecrusible.systems.

This disclaimer and all matters relating to your use of The Crusible shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this disclaimer or your use of the platform.

By accessing or using The Crusible platform — including browsing this website, creating an account, or submitting any question — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this disclaimer and all terms set out herein.
